2009/03/16 How to start with so many important things to say? First, I would like to thank everyone at KLR.We had quite a few issues with our mortgage company going under two days before we were set to close and having to start completely over again, a little too much rain for our newly cleared land to handle, and almost losing our project manager Jeff Pittman to an accident. After all the difficulties we could not have asked for anything more than what we got.Our house was completed ahead of schedule, passed inspection better than any house the inspector had seen in a long time, and we still have no problems.We moved in August 8, 2008 and have enjoyed every day in our wonderful new house. I know that there are problems with every home-building project, but I can say that KLR found the discrepancies before we did and fixed them with no loss of time. Again thanks guys….Russell, Jeff, Marshall, Amanda, and Lisa….you went out of your way to make sure we were happy and the best part is Mauryn, our 5 ½ year old daughter, still tells us on a regular basis how much she loves our house.
